BOMBSHELL BLUEPRINT WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

What is up, you gorgeous, fabulous creatures? Welcome to another week of the Losing It podcast. If you keep emotionally eating and self-sabotaging and wondering why nothing sticks, I promise you this episode is going to be your turning point because I'm about to tell you the truth that nobody else is saying. So let me blow your mind for a minute.

You don't lose weight by dieting. I know, scream everybody, cue the screams, but you don't lose weight by dieting. You're going to lose the weight that you want to lose by becoming someone who doesn't need to diet.

And today I'm going to share with you the only weight loss hack that actually works 100% of the time and it is not a food rule, it is not a workout, it is something far more powerful. I am talking about acting like the woman who already has the thing that you want. We're talking a little bit of quantum physics, a little bit of identity shifting, a little bit of role-playing, but this is going to be everything you need to know about why you need to stay in character or how staying in character as your future self is the thing that you need to do if you want the weight to fall off and stay off.

So this episode is going to flip everything that you think about your current weight loss situation. It's going to turn all of that upside down. And if you are ready, like me, to stop trying and start transforming, then babe, keep on listening because this is where the real shift begins.

So I'm going to start today with three main points. And if you can adopt even just one of these, you are going to see huge, huge results in your weight loss. Now I'm all one for a hack, and it's not a term that I would normally just throw around wildly unless I can back that shit up.

So I'm promising you this is the only hack that if you can tap into this, you will get results all day, every day, every single time because you are not losing weight. What you're actually doing is collapsing time and creating a new identity. So we're going to look at this from a few little different viewpoints.

So whether you want to look at it from like a religious standpoint or just a general, what do I need to do standpoint, or even like a psychology, a psychological or a quantum viewpoint, it's all the same shit, just wearing a different outfit. So every single version of you is what the quantum physicists say, of which I am not one, but this is what they say. They say that everything that you want already exists somewhere in time.

The way you tap into it is by becoming the person who already has it. And you only have to think about anything else that you've gone after in your life, any other goals that you've had. If you wanted to level up your life in any other area, you leveled up yourself.

You don't level up your life without leveling up yourself. So there is a version of you somewhere that has the health and the confidence and she's emotionally free and she's already there. She's just waiting for you to start acting like her.

When you act as if what you're doing, so they say, is you're collapsing the wave of time particles into your physical reality, the reality that you want, and you get to choose that next version of you. She becomes real because you have started doing the shit that she would be doing. From a psychology point of view, we all know this.

Your brain doesn't distinguish between what's real and what's imagined. So if you could constantly act like your future self, then the neuropathways in your brain will fire and wire, as they say, to match that identity. The identity changes first, not second.

So many of us think, when I lose the weight, then I'll worry about my emotional eating. When I lose the weight, then I'll look at the clothes that I really want to be wearing, but I don't think I should wear them yet because I'm still too fat. We have all these excuses out the wazoo.

But would your ideal, perfect, healthy self, would she be dressing in fucking mumus because she's waiting for a better time when things are perfect? No, she's living her best life, so you better start acting like that now. You're not trying to become her, you're remembering that you already are her. This is not even so much a matter of you adopting new practices as it is of letting the bullshit go.

The bullshit stories, the bullshit excuses, the bullshit... all of it, in general, that the world gives us every single day. Well, you will never lose weight if you don't count your macros, they say. Oh girl, you'll never lose weight if you don't track your fucking carbs.

If you don't fill in the app and do the things, you're never going to lose weight without that. And I'm thinking, babe, that is just such a lie and all it does is keeps us stuck in a perpetual cycle of pain while we start thinking there's a secret out there that I don't know about. No, honey, you are the secret.

You are the secret. The second tip that I want to give you, and what I want this episode to do is for you to start looking at things differently, because your brain is a character actor in this whole play of your life. In the whole script, your brain is one of the actors.

You are the director. We often get that confused. We think our brain is the director and we just have to do what it says.

It's telling me I'm sad, so I guess I'm sad today, I might just eat donuts. It's telling me I'm depressed, so I guess I'll just lie on the couch and eat donuts. You can see where my mind goes.

But I'm telling you, the subconscious mind is always method acting. And that is a huge term that I'm going to be using late, well, not lately. I'm going to be, I have been using it lately, but I'm going to be using it a lot moving forward.

Method acting is what I want you to do. So just as a wild example, I remember hearing the story about somebody I knew who worked with Tom Hanks after he'd done his Forrest Gump role. And they said to him, you know, after you played Forrest for like six months or eight months or 10 months while you were filming, did you find it hard to release the characteristics of Forrest when that was all over? And Tom Hanks said, yeah, absolutely.

Like it was really hard. I would find myself using his colloquialisms or acting like him or just having his little mannerisms because Tom had become so much of Forrest. Forrest was Tom and Tom was Forrest.

And they were very hard to differentiate and separate the two. So this is how it has to be for you. Tom got paid millions of dollars because he stepped into that role.

If I could come to you and say, you're going to get paid a hundred million dollars. All you have to do is step into the role of the fittest, healthiest, hot girl version of you that you've always dreamed of being, but you just don't think you can be. I'm pretty sure you find a fucking way to make that shit happen.

I'd be like, you're going to get a hundred million dollars. You just have to step into the role of this version of you for six months. And what you would actually get paid is you would get paid in the body that you've always desired.

The thought processes that you've always desired. The life you've always desired. It's right there.

And it's not because you could never have it before. It's because this time you started acting like the woman who has that shit. You followed up with the things you said you were going to do.

You used my five eating codes and you ate the way that you only ate if you were actually physically hungry. We don't eat for emotional reasons. We stop eating at 80% full.

We plan what we're going to eat that day. You know my five eating codes. You can get those from the free course inside of, well, it's not inside my website.

It's on my website. You just have to hit the link in the show notes or go over to my website and hit the free course. But your inner dialogue is right now saying, I always mess up.

And then your brain finds a way to make that true because it thinks that that's the role you want to play. So when you change your script to match this dream, hot ass version of you, and you start thinking, yeah, I only eat when I'm hungry. Of course I stop eating at 80%.

And I do move my booty every day. Then your brain starts rehearsing that role until it becomes second nature for you. You are literally creating the neurobiological prompts within your hormonal shifts, your habits, your desires to match the role that you fucking assigned yourself.

If you've assigned yourself the role of, I guess I can kind of shine a little bit, but maybe not too much. I don't want to make other people feel awkward or embarrassed, or I don't want to attract too much attention. Then babe, like we talked about, your brain is like your own.

I don't want to say Tom Hanks because my brain is going to be someone fabulous. Who is just someone, a fabulous female actor? Why can I not think of anybody? The back of my head, I want to say Madonna, but she was a hideous actress. I'm just going to go with Julia Roberts because that's the generation that I was raised in.

So your brain is like your own personal Julia Roberts. And once she gets in character, she's going to stay there. So you've got to script out the role that you want her to play in detail, because this is the third and final tip that I'm going to give you to making this hack work every single time, no matter where you are, no matter whether you're on holidays, no matter whether you're having a great time or a shitty time.

If you hold character and don't break character, then this is going to work guaranteed 100% of the time. How can I say? Because the universe is always watching. Always, babe.

This isn't about pretending that you're something. This is about quantum alignment. The universe responds not to what you want, but it responds to who you are being.

I can sit around all day long and say, I want, I want a skinny body. I want to lose this weight. I want to have a great house and a better house and a nicer car and a better job.

But if I'm still being the woman who doesn't actually think that's true and she's sometimes in and sometimes out, and sometimes I'll kind of do the things that I said I was going to do and walk around the block and hit my 10,000 steps, but most of the days I just eat chips. Well, you're going to get mixed ass responses back from the universe. Maybe you'll lose weight, but then of course you put it back on.

Because every time you break character, like binge eating or saying this won't work for me, or you self-sabotage with emotional eating, you reinforce a different outcome or timeline or identity from the precise one that you know you want so badly. That's why staying in character is not about restriction. It's actually the quickest, fastest way for you to get all the things that you want in your life.

That's what I love so much about what I teach. Yes, I apply it to emotional eating and weight loss because that's my gig and that's been my whole story for my whole life. But everything that I've said today, if you want a new job role, if you want to bring a new love into your life or get rid of an old one, you can use everything we've talked about today to bring to life any of your heart's desires.

Because the longer you stay in this new role that you create for yourself, the faster the old version of you dissolves. Having discipline in your life isn't about deprivation. It's about shifting your dimensional thought.

That's where it starts and finishes. So, like I say, if you're ready to really stop trying and start transforming, then this is where you need to start. You need to start right here by re-listening to this for a second time, third time, share it with the bestie who's also struggling with their weight, because I promise you, the quicker you step into this new role and start playing the role of the woman you always wanted to be, the faster you will find she suddenly starts materializing in your world.

And if you want me all up in your grill all day, every day, kicking your booty and encouraging you the whole way along this path, then you know what you need to do. The Bombshell Blueprint is open.
